Facilities Crew - Timing System Testing

Facilities Crew assemble! Setting up some time for us to test the timing system and scoreboard in advance of our first home meet on 7/2/2025. Also creating some job shifts for the Facilities crew to record the time spent putting up the backstroke flags during the week of 6/23/2025 |

Stock the Concessions Pantry
The Cave
Start: 10:00 AM
End: 1:00 PM
We are doing concessions a little different this year for our home swim meets. Instead of asking for hot food and other concessions donations each meet, we are going to stock the Swim Team pantry, and have our Concessions Team volunteers cook for our home meets. We are looking for donations of uncooked foods that will be prepared by our Swim Team Concessions Team. Any baked goods can still be brought the day of the meet. Please bring items down to the Clubhouse Cave during the time of this event or coordinate with a member of the Parent Board to drop off your donation items. Thank you all so much for your help getting this new idea off the ground. |

All swimmers of all ages should now be attending their practice time slot every weekday Monday - Friday. 9 – 10 AM: ages 13+ 10 – 11 AM: ages 9-12 11 – 11:45 AM: ages 8 and under (8&U) 11:30 AM – noon: ages 6 and under (6&U) |
