For those new to the community, the Highland Lakes Swim Team has a rich tradition of competition and camaraderie. We are a summer team that places a strong emphasis on developing confident competitive swimmers. Our team accommodates both first-time swimmers as well as highly-competitive swimmers, all levels are truly welcome. Our coaches will start working with children as soon as they can successfully swim the length of a 50 meter lane (25 Meters for swimmers ages 6 and under). We compete in the Lakeland Swim Conference which is comprised of 7 other primarily lake-based communities in North Jersey.
We are looking forward to continuing the great history of our team with the 2026 season!
